It’s Day 3 of my fitness challenge, but due to torrential downpours, cycling and running were out for today. But that’s okay because I still met my goal with 20 minutes of skipping rope and I plan on adding an extra five or ten minutes later with the hula hoop. Fun times! I’m still a bit sore but not too bad; mostly I’m just glad that I’m hitting my target each day so far. And I refuse to lose optimism with this.
Day 4 is Sunday. Can’t wait lol.
