Okay, I know today was meant to be Day 4 of my Fitness Challenge, but I’m postponing it until tomorrow. I just felt really sore yesterday- especially my legs and it hurt a fair bit when I walked. I’m feeling much better today but I don’t want to chance injury with another 20-30mins of exercise today (has happened in the past). I guess I’m still getting used to the new system, but I was happy with how I did this week and one more day of rest should see me back in form for tomorrow.
I’m not quitting the challenge and it as much as it pains me to cancel today’s exercise session, sometimes you just need to be smart about these things.
