So because I postponed my fitness challenge yesterday, it made today Day 4. Like last week, running and cycling were cancelled due to lashing rain (oh the joys of Irish weather) but the skipping rope was also out because my legs are still killing me. I’m not sure how I managed to hurt them so much, but it’s really painful when I walk. I managed to get 20 minutes of exercise though with the hula hoop, so I guess I still met my target but I’m a bit disappointed that I couldn’t do anything more intense. Alas not a whole lot else I’ll be able to do until things improve.
On the plus side, I got some studying done so at least the day wasn’t a total disaster. Going to get back to the books now, but hope you’re all having a better day than I am :)
