I know yesterday was meant to be Day 6 of my fitness challenge, but somehow I didn’t get round to updating my blog between lab reports and study and whatnot. Anyway I didn’t manage to complete my goal yesterday, but I did get 10 minutes of exercise between pilates (thanks for the recommendation:)) and hula hooping. But because I didn’t fully reach my target yesterday, I decided to do the full 20 minutes today to make up that. And between jogging and pilates again today, I reached my target of 20 minutes. I’m not going to focus on missing my goal yesterday; the main thing is that I got there today. So overall: Happy out:)
