Not sure how, but I seemed to have gotten my days mixed up again; I was sure today was Day 17 of my fitness challenge but it was actually yesterday. Nevertheless, I exceeded my 20 minute target by ten minutes today with a mixture of skipping, jogging, pilates and hula hooping (I do quite like that combo :) ). I also did a fair bit of walking yesterday. Good times! On a side note, I’ve also finally finished A Tale of Two Cities; I picked up the book ages ago but only got round to reading it now. So with goals met for the day, I’m happy out!
