I totally forgot to update this yesterday but anyway- met my fitness challenge target for day 20 with over twenty minutes of speed walking. Summer was nice while it lasted… that one week of it… but back to the rain now so not sure when I’ll get back to cycling. But that doesn’t rule out swimming (I don’t care if it’s lashing rain as long as there no jellyfish! :D) and hey what better encouragement to speed walk when you’re trying to dodge the rain on the way from the bus station. No fun in letting a bit of rain put a dampner on your mood (apologies for the dreadful joke. Here’s a smiley to distract you from the awfulness: :) )
