Okay so I haven’t been able to log on for a few days but I have still been doing my fitness challenge and I met my 20 minute target for days 22 and 23 with a lot walking. I know I said I’d try something a bit more intense than walking soon, but I’ve just been so busy (worst excuse ever) with work, that by the time I get home, I’m just really tired and don’t feel like doing much else. But it’s something I’m working on and when the weekend comes, I’ll hopefully be back on my bike again or something! :)
