Just completed Day 3 of the NeilaRey HIIT fitness challenge. Today’s task:

One minute each of:

1. High Knees

2. Jumping Jacks

3. Squats

4. Side Leg Raises

5. Toe Tap Jumps

6. Lunge Kicks

7. Plank Leg Raises

8. Climbers

9. Plank Jacks

with one minute rest between each exercise

I’m gonna be honest, I found this one tough but I’m glad I stuck it out. Not sure if it’s the physical effect of exercising again or just the fact that I’m hitting goals, but I’m definitely feeling happier than I was this time last week!
