Day 8 of the neilarey HIIT Fitness Challenge is finito. Today’s round involved:

20 seconds half jacks

20 seconds climbers

20 seconds burpees with rotations

I managed to do this for 6 rounds (with 1 minute rests between each one), actually exceeding the level one goal so I feel proud of that. Only downside of today is that I think I was a bit too enthusiastic with my high knees yesterday- really feeling the pain in my lower legs now. I spent extra time on my warm up and cool down today so I think that helped, and I’ll do a bit of yoga later too to unwind. Glad tomorrow doesn’t involve jumping though- it’ll give my legs a bit more time to recover. Planks for the win! :)
