Just completed Day 11 of the neilarey HIIT Fitness Challenge- can’t believe more than a third of the challenge is completed! Today’s round involved:

20 seconds Flutter Kicks

20 seconds Sit-Ups

20 seconds Sitting Twists

And as usual, 1 minute rest between rounds. Today I managed to do the level 2 workout, so happy out!
