Completed lucky day 13 of the HIIT Fitness challenge earlier today. Today’s round consisted of:

30 seconds half-jacks

15 seconds rest

30 seconds half-jacks

with 1 minute rest between rounds, as usual.

I was really chuffed to exceed the level 1 target by an extra round. Definitely can see a slight difference in my endurance. Even if it’s not much, every little bit is something!
