Today’s HIIT Challenge finished for the day. Today’s round consisted of:

15 seconds Flutter Kicks

15 seconds Sitting Twists

15 seconds Leg Raises

15 seconds Raised Led Circles

Usually with this type of round, I can do the level 2 workout (involving 6 rounds with 1 minute rest between each), but today I have a lot of pain around my ribs, which I don’t remember ever experiencing before. I managed to do 4 rounds anyway, so I’m glad I exceeded the level 1 target, but ouch!

Anyway- half way there! :D
