Just completed Day 16 of the neilarey HIIT Fitness Challenge. Today’s round involved:

15 seconds High Knees

15 seconds Side Leg Raises

15 seconds Half Jacks

15 seconds Lunge Step Ups

Definitely notice a difference in my endurance- before I used to struggle around round 3, but now I can make it to round 6 without totally feeling like death. I felt I could have gone to round 7 today, but I’m still feeling a lot of pain around my ribs so I didn’t want to push it too much and do damage. Better safe than sorry :)
