HIIT Fitness Challenge completed for the day. Today involved:

20 seconds High Knees

20 seconds Climbers

20 seconds Basic Burpees with Rotations

A bit disappointed with today- I reached the level 1 target of 5 rounds, but didn’t exceed it like the last few days. Today was just a bit of a weird day for me; I left home early this morning and thought I’d be home by 11am, but actually didn’t return ’til 6pm. I hate leaving the challenge too late in the day, so I did it soon enough after dinner, which made me feel kinda sick and made it harder to reach my targets.

Anyway, blast it. Done for the day and two-thirds of the way there! Roll on tomorrow!
