Just completed Day 23 of the NeilaRey HIIT Fitness Challenge. Today’s round:

30 seconds Half Jacks

20 seconds High Knees

10 seconds Climbers

Did 7 rounds today, so I can definitely see an improvement in my endurance- good times! And days like today I’m thankful this challenge can be done indoors because it’s lashing rain outside as I type this. Ha the beauty of it! :D
