Just completed Day 26 (well actually Day 25‘s challenge since yesterday I swapped them) of the neilarey HIIT Fitness Challenge. Today’s challenge involved:

30 seconds High Knees

10 seconds Rest

30 seconds High Knees

But instead of the usual 1 minute rest between rounds, today had a 30 second rest.

Was a little disappointed that I only did 5 rounds, but I’m putting it down to the fact I was travelling all night and returned home at 4am so I didn’t get much sleep. Feel quite fatigued today but nothing an early night won’t fix! :)
