Day 28 of the HIIT Fitness Challenge done and dusted. Today involved:

30 seconds half jack floor taps

10 seconds rest

30 seconds half jack floor taps

But instead of the usual minute rest, this time it was a 30 second rest between rounds.

Very happy with today- did 11 rounds, so I surpassed the level 2 target. My back is still quite sore- did some yoga last night and I think that helped a bit though, so hopefully it’ll be back to normal soon enough, and I’ll fit in more yoga later :)
