Wow almost there! Just finished Day 29 of the NeilaRey HIIT Fitness Challenge. Today’s round included:

15 seconds Crunches

15 seconds Air Bike Crunches

15 seconds Flutter Kicks

15 seconds Knee to Elbow Sit Ups

With one minute rest between rounds.

Very happy with today- did the level 3 workout of 9 rounds. Good times! Can’t believe tomorrow’s the last day- bring it on :D
