I’m not a fitness expert, a dietitian nor do I pretend to be an expert in these areas. I don’t plan on posting fitness/diet advice on this blog, because I believe there are plenty of great sites out there that do that. However, I will post links on this page to sites that I’ve found very helpful- from sites offering fitness/healthiness to skill building advice. I’ll also update this page as I find new helpful links.
Quick note- this page is a work in progress, so apologies if it seems a bit lacking at the moment; I’m not planning on leaving it like that for too long :)
Also if any of you have any recommendations, feel free to comment and whatnot :)
