Cardio Weights and Abs Challenge

It’s time for a new challenge. This time I want to incorporate weight training, so I’m using the Joanna Soh Full Weight Training Plan for Women. For cardio, I’m using Neila Rey 30 Days of Advanced HIIT (but modifying the times to fit into 20 minutes). Neila Rey Total Abs is also gonna be added at a later stage :)
