I’m trying to have a healthier lifestyle. I feel my diet is healthy, but at the moment, I am so unfit it’s not even funny. So I’m going to challenge myself and try and get fit, and here are my posts on that topic. :)

Day 25 of my challenge and I’m happy to say I’ve exceeded my 20 minute target between speed walking (always speed walking from the bus station lol), skipping and hula hooping. 30 Day Challenge: Day 21

Day 21 of my Fitness Challenge finito and I did meet my 20 minute target, mostly by speed walking. No better motivation to walk fast/run slowly than when you’re rushing to get a bus (managed to catch it with just one minute to spare. What can I say- I like to live dangerously. 30 Day Challenge: Day 19

Day 19 of my Fitness Challenge today and very happy with how it’s going. I’m trying to make the most of this beautiful weather since it’s not often we get it this nice in Ireland, so I went for a twenty five minute cycle in the country side, followed by a short five minute walk and later on I’m hoping to go for a swim back at the pier. 30 Day Challenge: Day 12

Day 12 of my Fitness Challenge today. Happy with how the day is going so far. It’s the first beautiful sunny day for a while and it’s so great seeing the sun again! Went for a 15 minute jog earlier on while my dog chased me (what better encouragement to run faster?) and I’ll probably go for another 10 minute jog later on since it’s so nice outside.
