30 Day Challenge: Day 27

30 Day Challenge: Day 21

Day 21 of my Fitness Challenge finito and I did meet my 20 minute target, mostly by speed walking. No better motivation to walk fast/run slowly than when you’re rushing to get a bus (managed to catch it with just one minute to spare. What can I say- I like to live dangerously. Steps on the Road of Becoming an Optimist

Someone called me an optimist the other day; that’s new. I used to be the most pessimistic person I knew (quote: “It’s a nice day outside? Ughhh now I can’t stay inside all day and play computer games. Total mega sadface!”). Yikes! :P When I started this blog, I planned on changing that and I believe I finally have obtained a positive attitude.

Day 19 of my Fitness Challenge today and very happy with how it’s going. I’m trying to make the most of this beautiful weather since it’s not often we get it this nice in Ireland, so I went for a twenty five minute cycle in the country side, followed by a short five minute walk and later on I’m hoping to go for a swim back at the pier.
