30 Day Challenge: Day 16

It’s something my brother happened to say the other day that got me thinking. Sometimes it can be so easy to dwell on the bad things or bad situations that happen to us. But a lot of the time we can’t change these things; we can’t go back in time to alter the events leading up to it. But what we can change is our perspective: the way we view it. 30 Day Challenge: Day 12

Day 12 of my Fitness Challenge today. Happy with how the day is going so far. It’s the first beautiful sunny day for a while and it’s so great seeing the sun again! Went for a 15 minute jog earlier on while my dog chased me (what better encouragement to run faster?) and I’ll probably go for another 10 minute jog later on since it’s so nice outside. I’ve finally finished my exams and I must say the last three weeks are definitely ones I would not want to revisit if I had access to a time machine. Even though I was happy overall with them, these past weeks have been so stressful. The last few years, I’ve been dealing with panic attacks and they were pretty bad this year.
