Day 2 of the Cardio, Weights and Abs Challenge completed. Today didn’t involve a weights element, but I did: 

  • Day 2 of Neila Rey Advanced HIIT [did this for a total of 20 mins (7 rounds)]


  • Day 1 of Neila Rey Total Abs programme [did 3 sets of 10 rounds]

I had originally planned on starting abs next week, but I had so much energy today that I just went for it. Really glad I did, because it’s a big step towards my goals.

Tomorrow, I’m hoping to do:

  • Thursday Joanna Soh Weights workout
  • Day 3 of HIIT
  • Day 2 of Abs
