Day 4 of the Cardio, Weights and Abs Challenge completed. Today I did: 

  • Joanna Soh Friday Weights Workout from her training programme (did 2 rounds of each superset)
  • Day 4 of Neila Rey Advanced HIIT [did 15 rounds]
  • Day 3 of Neila Rey Total Abs programme [did level 3]

Happy with today- my arms are a bit sore, so I’m glad to get the weekend break from the weights (though I do love the weights workouts). HIIT was grand enough today. :)

Tomorrow, I’m hoping to do:

  • Day 5 of HIIT
  • Day 4 of Abs

(No weights tomorrow)
