Day 5 of the Cardio, Weights and Abs Challenge completed. Today I did: 

  • Day 5 of Neila Rey Advanced HIIT [did for 20 mins]
  • Day 4 of Neila Rey Total Abs programme [did level 3]

Meant to update this sooner, but internet was hit and miss. Anyway, today was burpee-licious… so much so that I’m half thinking of changing the tag line on this blog to “Qcat: getting fit one burpee at a time”. But overall, it’s a good feeling to finish the workout.

No workout for tomorrow, but I’m planning on doing some yoga to help with soreness. Monday will back to weights, HIIT and abs, so stay tuned :)
