Just finished Day 7 of the Cardio, Weights and Abs Challenge.Today I did: 

  • Joanna Soh Tuesday Weights Workout from her training programme (did 2 rounds of each superset)
  • Day 7 of Neila Rey Advanced HIIT [did for 20 mins]
  • Day 6 of Neila Rey Total Abs programme [did level 3]

I was away for most of the day so did the weights and HIIT after dinner, which definitely does not feel as good as before a meal. But workout done, so happy out! No weights tomorrow, but bring on the HIIT and abs! :)
