Day 8 of the Cardio, Weights and Abs Challenge done and dusted. Today I did: 

  • Day 8 of Neila Rey Advanced HIIT [did for 20 mins, with 30 sec rests between each round]
  • Day 7 of Neila Rey Total Abs programme [did 3 sets of 14 reps]

No weights today, but they’ll be back for tomorrow. I think today’s abs workout was the toughest so far. The HIIT was grand today, but a bit boring in comparison to other workouts since each round was the same type of exercise. Still though, it’s good to have it done :)
