Just finished Day 9 of the Cardio, Weights and Abs Challenge.Today I did: 

  • Joanna Soh Thursday Weights Workout from her training programme (did 2 rounds of each superset)
  • Day 9 of Neila Rey Advanced HIIT [did 7 rounds/20 mins]
  • Day 8 of Neila Rey Total Abs programme [did level 3]

Feel a bit sore- I think a yoga session will be needed soon to help with the aches- but overall I’m happy with how today went. The HIIT was tough enough but the time seemed to pass quickly. Now to enjoy the unusually beautiful weather :D
